2019 Winter Property Taxes
Notice Important Dates
February 14, 2020 is the last day to pay your 2019 Winter tax payments without penalty.
March 2, 2020 is the last day to pay your 2019 Winter taxes at the Township.
DELINQUENT TAX PAYMENTS
Late 2019 Winter Taxes (payments after March 2, 2020) and payments for prior years must be paid through the Newaygo County Treasurer, reachable at 231-689-7230. Before visiting, please call the Newaygo County Treasurer for an updated amount owing before paying the tax bill. To pay in person, please visit the county building at 1087 Newell St., White Cloud, MI 49349.
The Township is now accepting accepting tax payments using your credit card, debit card, or electronic check! Paying your property taxes is quick, and secure and is as simple as paying your other bills online!
1. Click on the 'Pay Your Taxes Online' button to the right. You will be directed to our partner's secure website AccessmyGov.com.
2. Search for your parcel by last name and then select your parcel from the list displayed.
3. Make payment due under the Pay Taxes on this Parcel section found near the end of the record. Verify the Amount Due and the Amount Paying amounts then click the Pay Taxes button. You will be directed to Point & Pay's secure online site for payment processing.
Please note: There is a convenience fee to pay online. 3% with a $2.00 minimum to use a debit/credit card and $3.00 fee up to $10,000.00 and $10 over $10,000 for eChecks.

Permits are issued for limbs, brush, stumps, evergreen needles, leaves, and grass clippings only. It is NOT legal to burn demolition debris, construction materials, or automotive parts.
